Paperless Forms:
Paperless forms CLICK HERE are in place to allow a new patient to fill them out from any device at home/office and securely transmit the information to our practice. It is mandated by Health Canada that these forms are filled prior to any patient-practitioner interaction.
Patient Screening:
Strict COVID-19 patient screening over the phone and upon the arrive at the office is conducted.
Temperature Check:
Your temperature and the temperature of the accompanying person is measured with contactless thermometer to assure the lack of symptoms.
True HEPA Air Filtration System:
“LEVOIT” true HEPA Air filtration system is used in patient areas to kill 99.9% of airborne viruses and bacteria.
Social Distancing:
The number of people to be present in the office at one time is limited to maintain social distancing guidelines. The denturist will only see you during the pre-booked appointments. Special measures in place for walk-ins.
Plexiglass shield:
Plexiglass barriers are installed to minimize the contact with front desk staff.
Hand Sanitizer & Masks:
Alcohol-based hand sanitizer gel and protective masks are provided while you are visiting our office.
Accompanied Person:
One person, such as caregiver or substitute decision-maker are allowed in the operatory along with the patient.
Infection Control:
Hospital-grade autoclaves, disinfectants and disposable barriers are used throughout our clinics. Strict sterilization guidelines are adhered to.
Extra Sanitization:
All high-touch areas such as handles, counters, door knobs, keypads on payment terminals are disinfected between patients.
Single-use items:
Single-use pens and folders are distributed when signing any treatment documents.
