Our 12-person, 2 office strong team of some of the top denturists and denture technicians specializes in Digital, Implant and Suction dentures while providing the full array of denture services that include new dentures, relines and repairs directly to the public.
We speak and provide consultations in Spanish, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Farsi, Tagalog, Romanian, Macedonian and solve even the toughest clinical situations together as a group to find the best denture options for each client.

Serghei Ischenco, DD
Denturist and Owner
Serghei graduated with Honours from George Brown College, Toronto, in 2009. In 2011, he opened his own practice in Port Hope and in 2014 he took over an existing practice in Scarborough, ON. Apple Denture & Implant Solutions was born.
Serghei is an active member of The Denturist Association of Ontario, The Denturist Association of Canada and the Nobel Biocare Implant Study Club. He specializes in Implant Supported dentures as well as the “All-on-4” system, also known as “Teeth-in-a-Day”. He is also one of a few licensed practitioners in Ontario to provide SEMCD – Suction Effective Complete Lower Dentures, a new Japanese technology in the denture industry, and is one of the first in Canada to offer Digital dentures to patients.
Serghei has a lovely wife Olga and a great son Dylan. They love traveling, playing tennis, skiing and exploring outdoors. Serghei is also working on his childhood dream to play Saxophone. You can surely talk to him about anything from music and cooking to cosmic technology and marine expeditions.
Annie Feng, DD
Denturist (Port Hope)
Annie has been a licensed denturist since 2009 and has practised in Manitoba, Niagara Falls, the Grey Bruce County and Scarborough. She enjoys working with the elderly and helping others. Her wealth of knowledge is regularly expanded by numerous courses she takes. Annie is a strong believer in providing modern, efficient quality denture care to her patients.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking, spending time with her friends, family and her lovely husband as well as winding down with a good book.
Truc Nguyen, DD
Denturist (Scarborough)
Truc is a licensed denturist who has graduated from George Brown college with honours. Prior to her interest in the denture field, she had also graduated as a levels 1 and 2 Dental assistant. As an extremely compassionate individual, Truc works with the primary goal to restore the function and to deliver a smile a patient wants and deserves.
When not crafting smiles, Truc loves travelling to explore and learn about different cultures and cuisines, journaling, adventurous hikes, and stargazing.
Vayia Dalios, DD
Denturist (Scarborough)
Vayia graduated from George Brown College in 2011 with honours and since then she has been providing leading-edge denture care to patients. Coming from a family of Denturists and Hearing Aid Specialists, she brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and years of experience to Apple Denture &Implant Solutions. Patients love her wonderful bubbly personality, in-depth knowledge of the modern digital dental technology and thorough understanding of patients’ needs and desires. She spends countless hours taking additional courses to provide only the best care to patients.
Vayia is also licensed in Ontario to provide SEMCD (Suction Effective Mandibular Complete Dentures) and is well versed in Implant retained dentures.
Outside of work, Vayia loves traveling with her husband and spending time with her extensive family, especially with her cute nephews. She is a great believer in healthy and active lifestyle and loves playing tennis.
Vince Arifovski, DD

Vince is a Dental Technician currently completing his Denturism Diploma. Vince’s pursuit of a career in Denturism stems from the fulfilling feeling that he has done something to restore an integral part of one’s life. He believes that the ability to give a simple smile, talk, and eat is the foundation to a good life.
He loves to play Tennis competitively in his spare time. Vince and his wife are big fitness enthusiasts and go to the gym regularly.
Somaya Saqib, DD

Somaya Saqib is a licensed denturist and George Brown College alumni with honours. She has years of experience and works in different clinics as a denturist and technician. Somaya takes pride in her work and enjoys the company of the elderly. Providing comfort is an important aspect of Somaya’s work. She strives for quality and care, ensuring every patient leaves with a smile.
During her leisure, Somaya enjoys spending time with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle by going to the gym, doing yoga, and bike riding.
Kaitlin Giang, DD

Kaitlyn is a licensed denturist who graduated from George Brown College in 2019, receiving the Ben Sweet Memorial Award for highest clinical standing.
Kaitlyn loves working in the laboratory and enjoys the precise and detailed nature of the job. She takes it from her father, who is a dental technician as well! We call her the “Queen of Repairs” since we can always count on a quick and solid denture repair done by Kaitlin.
In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends and especially her dog Riley. She loves cooking, reading, staying active and participating in various running events.

With over 30 years of experience in the dental industry, Vicky is more than just a receptionist, she is the heartbeat of the practice. As dedicated mother, partner, and community volunteer, Vicky brings her nurturing spirit into the clinic, ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and cared for. Her fearless approach to challenges—whether managing a busy schedule or addressing patient concerns—demonstrates her unwavering commitment to excellence. Vicky has mastered the art of office management, seamlessly juggling administrative tasks while fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere. Marta is a proud graduate of Durham College, where she completed Dental Assisting Levels I & II. She brings her skills and enthusiasm to the dental field every day, helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Outside of work, she enjoys life’s little adventures with her cat, June—whether that’s relaxing at home, baking up sweet treats, or even taking June along for a bike ride! She loves getting outdoors to hike and swim whenever she can, and when it’s time to unwind, you’ll often find her immersed in a good video game.
Alex Oborotov
CAD/CAM Denture Technician
Alex (Oleksandr) has 8+ years of experience with CAD/CAM in the dental field. He worked for 3Shape and Argen Canada. He has successfully trained and helped Canadian denturists as well as dentists, implant surgeons, dental technicians all over the world transition their businesses into the digital dental domain.
When he is not designing dentures, he plays with his kids, rides bicycle, plays guitar or piano and hikes in the nature.
Katie Byers
CAD/CAM Denture Technician

Katie originally graduated from Niagara College for Graphic Design, but found her true calling in the dental field when she had the opportunity to work as a Dental Lab Technician 2017. Initially fabricating removable appliances, she eventually worked her way up to designing and fabricating Partial and Full arch Zirconia Implant dentures. Katie joined the Apple Denture & Implant Solutions team in 2022 and is dedicated to giving every patient the perfect smile they deserve.
Katie loves everything creative and artistic. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, painting, photography and video games.
Melissa Lingat
CAD/CAM Denture Technician

Melissa graduated from George Brown College’s Dental Technology program in 2019 and has been combining technical precision with artistic flair ever since. Starting in a dental lab, she quickly found a passion for the digital side of dentistry, honing skills in designing night guards, crowns, bridges and dentures along with running various CAM (Computer Assisted Manufacturing) equipment.
Today, Melissa oversees the CAD/CAM department’s milling and 3D printing operations, ensuring every case is crafted with accuracy and care. Whether it’s a full-mouth-reconstruction bridge, denture or any other appliance, she takes pride in creating appliances that do more than function—they restore confidence.
Outside the clinic and lab, Melissa is also a certified nail technician and fitness enthusiast, proving that great design and attention to detail aren’t limited to the dental world.
A steady hand, a sharp eye, and a passion for helping others smile – Melissa brings all that (and a bit of sparkle) to the team.
Ayrine Diaz-Suthcliffe

Ayrine has over 30 years of dental experience working in numerous offices as a dental hygienist. She will be eager to help you with all of your oral hygiene needs and instructions. Claudine has been working in the dental field for over 25 years. She brings a huge load of knowledge, experience and kindness to greet, treat and help our past, current and future patients. She is well – known to go out of her way to help people in any situation.
Aside from work she loves spending time with her big family. She is also an avid animal lover. Claudine’s dog and her huge orange cat Igor probably get more attention, love and care than Queen Elizabeth’s royal dogs.

Maria is a proud York University graduate (Honours, 2016) and also holds a diploma in Social Services from Seneca College (2013). With over five years of experience in the dental field, she brings her passion for helping others to everything she does—whether it’s guiding patients toward their goals or making sure their needs are met with care and understanding. She’s always learning, always growing, and always dedicated to making a difference.
Outside of the office, Maria leads an active lifestyle filled with sports and community volunteering. When she’s not out and about, you’ll often find her at the piano, where she loves composing her own music and enjoying some well-deserved quiet time.

Graduated from the Dental Technology program at George Brown College in 2020 and started working at a dental laboratory in the denture department for 2 years.
After gaining some hands-on experience, I decided to go back to school for Denturism to further expand my knowledge both clinically and in lab. I’m currently in my final year of the program and set to graduate in April of 2025.
I truly believe what we do is more than just fabricating dentures, it’s restoring one’s confidence and building quality of life. I decided to invest my knowledge and skills to this innovative, goal-driven team that shares the same vision of restoring smiles and improving quality of life through dentures.
Aside from balancing school and work, I do enjoy working out, playing sports, hiking/camping, travelling, spending quality time with loved ones and some coffee!

Helen is Apple’s marketing guru, who likes to think outside of the box, try new strategies and initiatives, always focusing on exceeding set goals, following the brand guidelines and executing with excellence. She is the liaison between all our marketing suppliers, working on branding, website improvements, social media presence, new content, design & more. She keeps the team accountable and makes sure things get done.
During her career, she worked in the corporate world in leading companies, such as Procter & Gamble and Scotiabank as well as offered her services as a Marketing consultant to small businesses and non- profits organization. She brings a wealth of marketing knowledge and years of experience to Apple Denture & Implant Solutions.
Helen is an optimist who loves to bring positive energy to any project. She is a dancer and a lover of European chocolate. She is also a founder & president of “Ukrainians in North York” non-profit & dedicates many volunteer hours to helping others. She loves travelling the world and spending time with her large family.

Our History
Apple Denture and Implant Solutions, also known as “Apple Dentures” among our patients, is a denture clinic serving patients at two locations – Scarborough and Port Hope. Our Port Hope location has been in the same place for over 10 years. It has changed the name a few times until we found our current fresh and easy-to-remember name. In 2014 we merged with Jorda Denture Clinic that has been delivering smiles to the residents of GTA for over 20 years. We are proud to win “Best denture clinic in Northumberland” award every year since 2011.
Who is the Denturist?
A Denturist is a specialist in the fabrication and fitting of dentures. It takes three years of intensive studies in addition to numerous years of practice and continuing education to become an expert in what we do.
