Your Safety is Our Priority

Apple Denture & Implant Solutions clinics are open during the pandemic for all denture procedures for both new and existing clients. We take patient and staff health and safety seriously. In addition to our industry-leading sterilization and infection control standards that are already in place, we added extra safety precautions to make sure your visit will be safe and comfortable.

Our staff has been vaccinated against COVID-19.

Paperless Forms:

Paperless forms CLICK HERE are in place to allow a new patient to fill them out from any device at home/office and securely transmit the information to our practice. It is mandated by Health Canada that these forms are filled prior to any patient-practitioner interaction.

Patient Screening:

Strict COVID-19 patient screening over the phone and upon the arrive at the office is conducted.

Temperature Check:

Your temperature and the temperature of the accompanying person is measured with contactless thermometer to assure the lack of symptoms.

True HEPA Air Filtration System:

“LEVOIT” true HEPA Air filtration system is used in patient areas to kill 99.9% of airborne viruses and bacteria.

Social Distancing:

The number of people to be present in the office at one time is limited to maintain social distancing guidelines. The denturist will only see you during the pre-booked appointments. Special measures in place for walk-ins.

Plexiglass shield:

Plexiglass barriers are installed to minimize the contact with front desk staff.

Hand Sanitizer & Masks:

Alcohol-based hand sanitizer gel and protective masks are provided while you are visiting our office.

Accompanied Person:

One person, such as caregiver or substitute decision-maker are allowed in the operatory along with the patient.

Infection Control:

Hospital-grade autoclaves, disinfectants and disposable barriers are used throughout our clinics. Strict sterilization guidelines are adhered to.

Extra Sanitization:

All high-touch areas such as handles, counters, door knobs, keypads on payment terminals are disinfected between patients.

Single-use items:

Single-use pens and folders are distributed when signing any treatment documents.

I had a very excellent experience having my removeable dentures made. Dr. Truc has the magic touch! And the front desk staff Vicky and Julie Ann were very attentive and caring with just the touch for a comfortable personal touch. But the new AI answering system absolutely sucks!
